All waste will need to be positioned no more than 4.2m (14ft) from the side of the lorry.

Our lorries are on average 9m L x 2.5m W x 4m H (including crane) and weigh 32 tonnes when fully loaded.

If we need to reverse into an opening, we will need at least 2.6m (8ft 6in) width available.

We do. However, we recommend having someone on hand to clear and tidy as we go.

As a general rule, loading takes between 45 minutes and one hour.

If there are any parking restrictions in place, you need to request an exemption with your local authority. However, if we arrive and no exemption has been organised, any penalty parking notice cost we incur will be passed on to you.

No, we do not park anywhere that is dangerous for our staff, customers, vulnerable road users or members of the public.

We currently cover Greater London, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey and West Sussex.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both. However, in most cases it’s cheaper and more efficient to clear your waste using a grab hire service.
